Today of your first 6-day Morocco itinerary you will be Picked up from your accommodation in Fes. And start a magnificent journey to the Desert of Merzouga. Along the way we will be stopping several times to discover and to see all the breathtaking sites. As we start with Ifrane City (Switzerland of Morocco). Where you can witness the place’s atmosphere of the Middle Atlas Mountain. From there to Azrou Cedar forest where you can see wild monkeys called Barbary Macaques. Which have emigrated from Gibraltar. Thereafter free time for lunch then keep driving to the panoramic view of Ziz Valley where only palm trees are growing due to the desert climate in the region. Finally reach the Magical desert where Erg Chebbi dune lies. And where the sand dunes will start appearing before your eyes – Dinner and overnight in Merzouga.
A whole day to explore the desert as we Visit First the nomad Berber families in their traditional tent. Later we visit Khamlia village where you can enjoy a Gnawa music performance and try a Berber pizza for lunch in a specialized local restaurant. Today’s experience is like no other as you will get in touch with locals, Gnawa, and Nomads of the region. Before sunset, camels will take you for a stroll. Thereafter we Drive through the High Atlas Mountains over the pass of Tizi’nTichka with an elevation of 2260 above sea level. A stop to enjoy the landscapes and to take some memorable pictures then we continue to Imlil a small touristic village located at the high Atlas Mountain where you will be passing the overnight in a charming Kasbah or Riad including dinner.
After breakfast, start a 3-hour hike with a local mountain guide to see the scenery of High Atlas Mountain and visit Berber villages and see their way of life- Later after Lunch transfer to Marrakech, it takes about 2 hours to reach the red city from then our 6 Days Morocco tour ends with a drop off at your accommodation or Menara airport.
